Itinerary
3 May – Pre Start – Assemble at designated meeting location for evening event briefing (Central London).
4 May – Day One – Ride London to Newhaven – 95km [+1000m]
5 May – Day Two – Ride Newhaven to Gournay-en-Bray – 73km [+350m]
6 May – Day Three – Ride Gournay-en-Bray to Paris – 98km [+750m]
7 May – Day Four – Free morning before returning to London via Eurostar.

Logistics
Your personal luggage will be carried by the support vehicle throughout the event.
Please do not arrive to the event with bike boxes/bags, your bike will be returned to London via the support vehicles and our load system requires the bikes to be loose (without box/bag). Please contact us with any questions regarding the transport of your bike, we will be more than happy to discuss this with you further.
We will be arriving back to London via the Eurostar which terminates at St Pancras Stn., this is where you will be re-united with your bike before your journey home. Please plan your return journey home from St Pancras.

Weather & Kit
We can expect warm, sunny weather, *however we should prepare for some rain – remember to bring layers – not heavy coverings.
This is a road bike tour. Your bike should be well maintained and in good running order with suitable ‘road gears’ and brakes.
A full kit list will be issued in your Challenge Instructions document after your application. We will be glad to discuss any aspect of kit and your bike with you, please contact us anytime with any questions.
Fitness & Training
This is a level 3 cycle event. You should be capable of riding comfortably upto 100km in a day and/or used to riding distances upto 70km over hilly terrain – minmum. If you have any doubt as to your fitness regarding participation in this event please give call us and we will be more than happy to chat with you.
